Phenomenal Stay at Hotel Encanto! 
I am Chelsea Martinez, I am the Administrative Assistant for the NMWGA. I wanted to let you know that this weekend of September 3rd- 5th was a phenomenal stay at Hotel Encanto. First and foremost the hotel is beautiful, and so clean! The staff was amazing so welcoming and understanding. My parents also stayed there and couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the food and service was in the restaraunt. We look forward to visiting often!!

Went the Extra Mile! I stayed at your hotel in October. I left a pair of my favorite shoes in my room, I called numerous times to see if they found them. To no avail, kept hearing the same story. I checked with housekeeping and they found nothing. It wasn't until I called back again in November that a very nice gentleman named Trey offered to go the extra mile, he went down to housekeeping and found out that there were in fact a pair of high heeled sandals that I had described numerous times on my other phone calls. He also found out that they were mine, he took that extra couple minutes to find out that the maid had wrote the wrong room down as to where the shoes were left. I am writing to tell you, you don't find many Trey's around anymore that are willing to take that extra minute for someone. Because of Trey, I will again stay at your hotel anytime we are in the area.
